HomeZone is sold on a local market-exclusive basis. By being the first to schedule and attend a presentation meeting, you'll have right of first refusal to lock-in local market exclusivity, subject to terms and conditions of HomeZone Marketing Agreement. Presentation meeting must be held within 3 weeks (21 calendar days) of your reservation call. The Home Zone Marketing Agreement must be executed within 2 weeks (14 calendar days) of presentation meeting. Failure to meet either of these conditions will void your right of first refusal.
