It is the sole responsibility of the listing agent to delete sold, expired or withdrawn listings. Showcase Technologies, LLC is in no way responsible for disputes arising from listings, whether active or expired. Showcase Technologies, LLC may, however delete active or inactive tours after a period of one year from the initiation of each tour. We utilize extensive redundancy and backup technology for our servers, data and internet service delivery. We fully understand that the success of our business depends on reliable product generation and delivery, and therefore make every reasonable attempt to deliver impeccable and reliable service. However, due to the possibility of internet outages, hardware failure, routine maintenance, war, fire, flood, acts of God and unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances, we do not guarantee service delivery of tours. Therefore, we are not responsible for, nor can we control delays, disruptions or errors caused by circumstances beyond our control. Scriptwriters employed or contracted by Showcase Technologies may edit or write scripts for listings appearing on television. Once a listing is scheduled for television, a human voice will replace the computer generated voice associated with each tour. This human voice will remain on any applicable marketing material associated with that listing until the agent or agency representative changes or edits the information for that listing. Participants have the ability to check each listing before that listing is displayed on television. If you have questions about when you may view your completed television presentation, it is your responsibility to contact Showcase Technologies, LLC. By signing this agreement, you are forfeiting any legal rights against Showcase Technologies LLC, its employees, owners, shareholders or contractors for libel, slander or misrepresentation due to errors in script editing. In order to correctly display television listings, agents will be locked out and prevented from editing television listings during a predetermined weekly blackout period. Editing listing data and photographs of listings that are scheduled for the next television show will prohibited during this blackout period. Fees and Billing In the event that legal action is necessary to collect fees and balances past due, you agree to reimburse Showcase Technologies, LLC for any and all expenses incurred to recover balances due to us. This includes administration, attorney and legal fees. Although online billing is not required for The Home Zone Marketing System, Showcase Technologies, LLC uses secure online billing practices. Credit card and personal information may be used for billing purposes. No refunds are available, except in the event of mistakes due to over billing.
